Dr. Palmer Piana is a 2022 graduate of Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa, and has been serving patients in the Sumner County community since 2023.
As the Owner and Director of Disc Centers of America Gallatin and Knee Centers of America Gallatin, Dr. Palmer specializes in treating severe back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain, as well as headaches, sciatica, and disc-related conditions such as herniated and bulging discs. Every patient begins with a thorough examination and a clear explanation of what is causing their symptoms, and each care plan is tailored to the patient’s condition, goals, and daily life. His clinic is built around non-surgical spinal decompression, with a focus on helping patients with disc problems explore every non-surgical option and get back to the activities that matter to them.
Dr. Palmer completed advanced training in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression through Disc Centers of America at the National Spinal Disc Disorders training facilities in North Palm Beach, Florida, and is recognized by the International Medical Advisory Board on Spinal Decompression. He was named a 2026 Top Doctor by Disc Centers of America and received the Tennessee Chiropractic Association’s 2026 Rising Chiropractor of the Year award, voted on by his peers across the state.
Dr. Palmer is committed to helping his patients heal and regain function without surgery whenever possible, and he sees patients in both English and Spanish. Outside the clinic, he and his wife, Olivia, are raising their twin boys in Middle Tennessee. A former scholarship rugby player, he stays involved in the sport as a sponsor of a Nashville men’s rugby team.
