My appointment isn’t until 8/19/26, tomorrow, but after reading over the reviews I’m gonna go ahead and bet all 5 stars that I was right to choose them.  After reading the very first review posted here from Rachel, we had the same fears and worries!  But i believe im in great hands! Dr. Groff and his team are wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable! I came in with extreme neck pain and migraines due to disc degeneration in my neck. It impacted my life almost daily. The spinal decompression therapy along with their guidance on home care have helped me get back to enjoying life! I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use them for any future needs. I cannot say enough about Dr Groff and his knowledgeable staff!! Since my 20s I've struggled with lower back pain due to sports, heavy weight lifting and just not taking care of my body. When my back locked up, most of the time I'd just lay on the floor until the pain was bearable and it would eventually just go away. Tried PT a few times and while that helped it didn't resolve my issue. Now in my 60s my body just doesn't respond like it use to and I couldn't shake my latest back pain. Being totally against surgey, I decided to give Dr Mark Groff and his team a try. In my initial consultation with Dr Groff, I realized I'd made the right choice! My lower back issue was explained in detail, language I understood, and backed up with stats. "The what and the why" was laid out there and so was the plan to fix/heal me, not just get me pain free. Throughout my treatment I could tell my back was responding in a very positive way ... something totally different than I had experienced before. The decompression process just makes since once you're educated about it and your personal situation. Now, just a few days ago my 20 year old son landed in the ER with pretty much the same lower back issue but more severe. We were transferred to another ER and ALL we heard was surgery was needed. Respectfully, we wanted a second look and of course my experience lead us to Dr Groff and staff. After looking at my son's MRI, Dr Groff said we can heal you without surgery. With no pressure and full understanding, my son made his decision to go with decompression therapy as well ...it just made sense. I just finished my last treatment yesterday, as Dr. Groff put it, I graduated, and I feel amazing! Dr. Groff and the entire staff are absolutely the best people. Every question I had during my treatment was always answered, whether by Dr. Groff himself or one of the friendly staff members. I can’t express how much I appreciate them and how grateful I am to finally walk again without pain. Thanks to their care, I’ll be able to ride my Harley again by next spring without hesitation! Just for starters I am the biggest skeptical person.  When I talked to Dr groff I was thinking no way this was going to work. I am glad to say I tried it. This team is the best! I came in feeling helpless & broken in my young 36 year old body. I was offered injections and PT, but I really wanted to treat the issues, so I chose DCA Gallatin. Dr Groff and team (Abe was very encouraging), immediately gave me HOPE! Dr. Groff found and treated a herniated disc in my lower back. I worked diligently with the team through their decompression therapy program, and I can say my back is healed and I no longer have pain!!
